The SellerThe Seller is Flowers Direct Online Ltd. Registered in England at Companies House No. 04249814. VAT Reg. No. 918 0725 53. Registered office, Anchor Buildings, Westgate, Morecambe, LA3 3DD. ProductsDue to seasonal variation when ordering flowers, Boots Flowers reserves the right to substitute some of the contents or packaging to provide an item of equal or greater value without notice. All products are subject to availability. Flowers may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. Prices and PaymentAll prices include VAT charged at 17.5% and are subject to a service charge. Standard mainland UK delivery is charged at £3.99 and will be added to your order at the checkout. Payment will be debited when you place your order. Advantage Card PointsCollect 4 Advantage Card points per £1 spent. Your Advantage Card points can be redeemed in store. Please allow ten working days from the order date for points to be credited to your account. For more information about the Boots Advantage Card, please click here. DeliveryThe delivery charge applies to each individual delivery address, per transaction. Orders for Champagne or any other product containing alcohol can only be made by, or delivered to, persons over the age of 18. These such purchases should be made by credit card. Boots Flowers reserve the right to refuse any sale at our discretion. Same day delivery orders must be received no later than 2.30pm GMT, Monday-Saturday, for delivery to recipients in mainland UK. For next day delivery, your order must be received by 3.30pm GMT, Tuesday-Friday. There are no deliveries on Monday or Saturday for "next day" items. If you require Sunday delivery, or delivery on a UK public holiday, please contact us to see whether it is possible for us to make a special delivery. With the exception of funeral orders, delivery times are not guaranteed. Sympathy flowers will always be delivered in good time, usually 1-2 hours before the funeral. In the case of all other orders, we will always try to adhere to your chosen AM or PM preference. Please remember however, that this is only a preference, not a guarantee. Orders will be delivered between 8am and 8pm, typically before 5pm, especially in the case of birthdays, anniversaries and for deliveries to business addresses. However, outside of your AM or PM preference, we are unable to specify an exact time for delivery. If any problem should arise with your order, or you are not completely satisfied, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Services, with your reference number to hand, on 0871 989 9749. If, due to unforeseen circumstances or non-availability of stock, we are unable to complete your order, a full refund will be issued discharging any liability for failure to deliver your order. |
